I stayed here two times and planning on staying again during Mardi gras and these guys are always been professional and perfect to me Plus I believe this one's 24 hours security we stay at the Blake hotel all the time and I also made reservations from Georgia and everything seemed to be okay. I'm sure they'll work something out. But I wish they would do military rate or either military ID. They are a little costy, but you're paying for the security too and the convenience of being right next to the hotel.
You know what? I really like this parking garage, I paid online for two days. The location worked perfected since my hotel was right around the corner. Although this was my first parking here. I plan on using this facility from here on out when I come to Nola

Honestly, if I could give a negative star rating..I would. I made reservations for this parking garage for last weekend. When we arrived after the start of our time, the gate was down and our parking pass was said to be invalid. We called customer support from the number at the garage, spoke with THREE different people who all hung up on me - finally spoke to a woman who was happy to try to help, and while she couldn't do anything we were given the email to reach out to for a refund.
