This place is the perfect Example of poor Customer Service, short Minded management, and disrespectful front desk man who doesn’t know how to treat customers. The young man who was in the front and who called the Manager to confirm that I wasn’t supposed to pay for a gel nail polish change, was totally out of line, telling me that I was difficult since the beginning, a total lie, disrespectful and threatening me to call the police because I didn’t want to pay $28 for my gel nail polish. Walked in, inquiring about getting an appointment and was completely dismissed and treated terribly. I also witnessed the man at the front desk street three other customers the same way. Bad nail and bad treatment don’t come here.
This is the second time my daughter has her nails done and they break after two days. This is truly incredible. Besides spending 90 dollars, it is absolutely not fair.
I would give it zero stars if it let me my daughter went in to get our American flag on her nails and they would not do. She said it was too controversial. I will never go back to this place if they don’t like America they shouldn’t be in here! Maybe we should call ice!! they like our money that’s about it
