My experience at Venetia Nail Spa was beyond frustrating and honestly very disappointing. I made an appointment weeks in advance specifically to have my nails done by Vivian. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, I arrived early at 9:50 AM, only to be told that they had somehow “screwed up” my booking and Vivian would not be able to see me. not a friendly place. they require an appointment and will not take walk ins. when i tried to make an appointment, they would not handle it in person and said it had to be over the phone. take your business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for many years! Susan Is amazing! Everyone here is so accommodating, and goes above and beyond! Happy customer 🥰 and lovee my front desk gals!!!

I've been going here for almost a year now and can confidently say this is the best salon in regards to pricing, treatment, and quality. I personally have very sensitive cuticles and they would always bleed when I was getting my nails done, but that has never happened here. Susan has always been my go-to because she's so sweet and talented, but any of the nail technicians here are great! (p.s., there's a teacher discount!)
