I went to this salon for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was good, and I've had better. Unfortunately, the powder manicure was very disappointing. I left with rough, uneven finished nails, and the manicurist did not cut my cuticles or moisturize my hands. Overall, my manicure looked unfinished and unprofessional.
My experience at Venetia Nail Spa was beyond frustrating and honestly very disappointing. I made an appointment weeks in advance specifically to have my nails done by Vivian. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, I arrived early at 9:50 AM, only to be told that they had somehow “screwed up” my booking and Vivian would not be able to see me. They claimed there was no phone number on file (which is hard to believe), so they couldn’t even notify me ahead of time.
