Terrible customer service after fine service. I told them I only had one hour and was considering a manicure/pedicure. But decided I didn't have enough time for both. They pressured me into doing both, promising there was enough time. The actual service was fine. But I had to leave at exactly one hour, wasn't anywhere near dry. The manicure was ruined before leaving. I showed the staff on the way out. But told them I didn't have time for it to be fixed. It was the first time for me & couple others. Would do it again
My daughters, my sister and I love the salon. Staff is very friendly. My daughter has gone to Venetian Salon before each one of her high school dances for nails and pedicure. She loves the results and the attention to details. We completely recommend Venetian!
