This is the worst nail salon ever!! My gel polish started peeling on my hands and feet after a couple of days. I called to see if I get them fixed and they had a problem with fixing my nails 😡 when I came in for the repair they were in no rush to fix my nails and the customer service is horrible I would never recommend anybody going to them at all!!!
Giving 2 stars because the store is super cute, I paid $100 for basic nails for 2 people me & my cousin because she’s getting married next week. My nail lady wasn’t rude or anything but she didn’t take her time @ all and my polish is all messed up. Not worth $50 a person for this kind of service. I say 30 mins tops on both of us, it’s like they didn’t want us even there... we won’t be going back why pay that much when you can go to a higher end nail salon for the same price & they act like they care. From the owners to the staff...can't say enough about the Awesome Service that is given at this salon! I always know this is one place I can relax and always have excellent service! Been coming here for 9 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
I Hate this place & never plan on coming back. I got my nails done & a week later not 1 BUT 2 nails popped off. HORRIBLE
Slowest most half assed pedicure I have ever had in my life and I even paid for the deluxe. The manicurist spent more time talking and yawning then looking at what she was doing. Such a disappointment.
Every time I go here I regret it. Even if you pick a gel color it's not going to be the color you selected. You can show them a picture of exactly what you want and they'll mess up the shape and color. My nails look awful. I have to go spend money to have them fixed elsewhere. No joke it looks like my 8 year old niece did my nails. Only I would like those for sentimental reasons.
