I have a view of palm trees from my balcony, which is HUGE! I love that the balconies are screened in. Verified Renter Community is good, living is good, looks nice and feels nice. My personal experience is that leasing is terrible and management as well. They dont talk to you in any way, unless they are the ones needing something.

Beautiful Property Until You Live Here THE GOOD: -Beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. -Amazing porches for people that like to be outside. -Ample parking by our building #18 (although, doesn’t look to be the same for all buildings). -Good personal experiences with maintenance staff. THE BAD: -We found when we ended our lease there is a REQUIRED $40 carpet cleaning fee. Be aware as its not outlined anywhere in your lease agreements. -WALLS ARE THIN. Do yourself a favor, don’t live here. Staff is manipulative, buildings are built cheaply with 0 insulation between (which was told to use by the guy who helped build the buildings when we were having issues with hearing domestic violence in the apartment above.) Overall, worst year of my life thanks to this terrible complex. Too bad, too, because the outside looks so cute. Guess you can’t judge a book by its cover.
Great Place I've lived here for a year and a half and I love it. Everything is always very clean. The pool is amazing! My neighbors are friendly and quiet for the most part, once in a while I'll hear a tv or a dog barking, but that's apartment living. Everyone in the office has been incredibly helpful to me whenever I needed something. Since I moved into the building, there is a lot of construction across from my apartment so there is more dust, and noise from the machines. Nice apartments, terrible maintenance. We moved into a new unit on December 2017. The apartments are nice, spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately, as soon as we moved in we had to deal with a roach infestation. As much as we complained and brought the actual dead roaches in a Ziploc bsg to the administration office (they claimed we were the only ones having the problem but all three of our units had the same problem) nothing was done.
