Verified Renter I just moved here from NY and I feel like I'm living in a tropical vacation, with an Italian twist. The grounds are stunning! I have a view of palm trees from my balcony, which is HUGE! I love that the balconies are screened in. There are shops are restaurants right across the street which is nice coming from New York where I'm used to walking places. The complex is very clean. The pool is gorgeous and serene. Verified Renter Community is good, living is good, looks nice and feels nice. My personal experience is that leasing is terrible and management as well. They dont talk to you in any way, unless they are the ones needing something.
