My daughter just moved out these apartments. I would NEVER rent from these people! The property and units are so run down and in desperate need of repairs. They are unsafe to live in. One of the units had an electrical issue and burned in the middle of the night. My daughter's unit had bubbled paint all on the walls and you could literally stick your finger through the wall. They are criminals wearing 3000 pump suits who while renting will (1) double dip collect rent and collect thru automatic deduction. They just mask it so it trails and is reported after the fact. They will run a scam to the extent when you come into a lease they will assign a certain. Apartment, therefore, when you actually move in assign you a different apartment claiming emergency repairs. Don’t. Live. Here. Don’t live here it’s not worth it, please save yourself. Terrible communication, gross laundry room, people will just park in whatever parking spot, the trash is always overflowing outside. My lease ended June 16th 2022 and they’re charging me for July 2022 rent even though I already put in my vacate forms. Terrible organization and communication.
