I’ve been going to this med spa for Botox, and skinpen microneedling and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I am appalled by my experience at Velvet Skin & Wellness. The initial treatment was a complete failure, and the so-called “free re-treatment” was nothing more than an attempt to cover their mistakes. Blaming Botox immunity instead of taking responsibility for their poor technique was insulting. Wonderful service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
They made me feel very comfortable and calm. The Aquagold facial was not too painful and she made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain during the treatment. I can’t wait to see the long term results!
I had an amazing experience here. Rose was very attentive and paid attention to my skincare needs. She also gave me a skincare routine to do at home to help clear up my acne.
