In my time living here has been comfortable no major issues. Maintenance is done when is needed also the manager has been attentive .

This place went from great to horrible the Mashcole Property management together with this current manager have ruined the peaceful living that was once felt here from making it mandatory to have renters insurance to walk through inspections of your apartment it’s one thing for one to ask for repairs and another for them to walk into your apartment and make faces manager is annoyingly ill mannered when speaks without listening to herself.
