RE: Memorial Pembroke 24/7 Care Center - I was in need of immediate medical care and went to the above center at 6:00 AM. The updated location is wonderful. The front desk staff was kind and courteous. They immediately brought me to a nurse and she was very kind. I was then brought back to the treatment area. Everyone was wonderful. Dr. Brent Whitley, MD came in to see me immediately and saw that I was very nervous. He spent time to calm me and tell me that I would be OK. The staff treated me with kindness and compassion. La atención fue buena a pesar de las dificultades por el huracán Irma, lleve el lunes a mi esposo a la emergencia, y había mucha gente, los baños tapados y el aire no abastecía, pero la atención buena ya que con lo del huracán no se podía pedir más.
I need to thank Dr Mehta and the entire staff who was there to save my life from a stroke.
The Dr need to go to a real university, the ones at this hospital have little to no knowledge , they misdiagnose, over medicated they do not treat the problem the just shot u up with hard cor pain medication like dilaudid and ignore the underlying issue over and over again, the have no bedside manners other than rudeness. The should either pick another profession like flipping burgers or go back to a real university and do their internship at a real hospital.
