DLC the beat not only great Primary Doctor / Nephrologist but the person to person relationship that he shows no matter your situation the only one that shows care as a human being. His assistrncr and staff also great group of people.
Dr De La Cruz is amazing, however, the wait time to see him is frustrating at every visit. Minimum wait time has never been less than 1 1/2 hrs after the scheduled appt time.
My husband ended up at here for my son's birthday. My husband was so sad because he thought he ruined the day. All the nurses got together and bought a cake and balloons singing help birthday to my son. It was so nice. Thank You! ���
We had our first child here, it was an awful experience. My neighbots we're loud, my child, my husband, and I couldn't sleep. They had us discharged at 3 am. Most of the nurses we great. I would not recommend having your child here. When I say neighbor I mean shared rooms, and sometimes they aren't respectful ones either.

You go to the emergency room. For an emergency, but when 20 different people walk past you while you're sitting/lying in the hallway. You can't help but feel that nobody else in the ER is taking it that way. In severe pain and just being walked past.
