Ve-Sux air is horrible. The office girl spoke to me like I was a child. Techs showed up, but hours after the appointment window. Guess what, after waiting ALL DAY the techs don’t carry Freon gauges or Freon, weird they are supposedly techs at my house to fix my brand new unit they installed that isn’t working!! 100+ degree temps this week. Great work guys. Absolutely ridiculous!!!. Get it together

Been trying to swallow this. My new home inspection found that Velox removed the liquid tight connector from the unit to pass their thermostat and condenser wire through the same hole… potentially rubbing and shorting out the wires. Chad the super from lennar said they had to keep coming back and reassured me they would fix it. Fast forward a week we move in and I jump in just to verify they fixed it and found this bullshit repair. My parents had services done this past Tuesday. They have a new built home so they had no choice but to use this company due to their home warranty. They came out changed a capacitor.. after a couple hours unit was not cooling & the temp was rising. My father has medical issues and was left in the heat for hours and they kept telling him was he on the schedule. They even stopped taking his calls!!!
