Awesome service! Ron is your guy! Very professional, knowledgeable, and super detail-oriented fellow. He took the time to explain me about all type of inmediate things to look for, as well as what I should be expecting through usage. All kind of products recommendations and parts.... I'll definitely be a customer for very long time!!
So I reviewed these idiots last month complaining about the exorbitant fees they charge: $400 for a basic tune and a new tire. This guy Chad reaches out and offers me a partial refund of $69.99. Of course I accepted and thanked him. A week goes by, nothing. Then I get an email asking if it's okay to accept a store credit for $100. I say no. I want the cash. That's what you offered. I pointed out that the refund was his idea and that to renege and offer me a store credit was shady. I still haven't received the money.
Ron was great. The service was great, the price was outrageous. Nearly $400 with tip for a basic tune up and a new tire? Simply ridiculous. I cannot afford to use Velofix in the future 🤷🏽

Ron is such an amazing professional, who not only fixed my E-bike but he taught me so much about my E Bike, I would highly recommend Velofix!
