Very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment with them several weeks ago to come out on a specific day and time. Unilaterally they change the time which does not work for me. When I called to find out why the operator had no information, but said that if I didn’t Like the time that was proposed, I’d have to wait another three weeks. I canceled. Very glad we scheduled Velofix to come out. Problem with Trike was something I wouldn't have figured out. Ron was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix issue before it could cause need of replacement parts and additional labor. 5 Stars!
New update: I had an outstanding experience with Ronald Miller from Velofix! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything with great patience and detail. It’s clear that he knows his stuff inside and out. He not only repairs and does great tune ups efficiently but also gave me valuable tips on maintenance to keep it running smoothly. His expertise and attention to detail truly set him apart. If you’re looking for top-notch service, I highly recommend Velofix and Ronald Miller!
I just had another bike service today by Ron at Velofix. Superior service as usual. PRoblem solved and explained to me in great detail. Ron also advised me of what to watch for from a preventative maintenance perspective. VERY helpful. Ron is a top notch mechanic who really, really knows his stuff!!! Velofix came out to my home, so I did not have to lug my bike to a shop. Ron was very knowledgeable and polite. He also gave me some good tips to keep my bike working well. I will use them on all my future bike services. Great experience!
