Once again Ron did a great job getting me back on the road. My electric trike had lost the use of the motor since the chain had come off after many miles of use. He took one look and knew exactly what to do. The man knows bikes and trikes of all types and I would highly recommend him for any two or three wheel service you might require. Thanks for your good work Ron.
We are so pleased with the work that Ron did! He assembled, tuned and taught us so much! He was professional, hard working, and passionate about bikes. I'll be requesting Ron for all our future bike related needs.
After being told by a local bike shop that I would have to leave my bike at the shop for a week and a half and could not make an appointment I looked for other options and found Velofix. The mechanic made great recommendations on the care of my bike and did a great job on the yearly tuneup. Plus the convenience of it being done right outside your home is great. I will be back. Very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment with them several weeks ago to come out on a specific day and time. Unilaterally they change the time which does not work for me. When I called to find out why the operator had no information, but said that if I didn’t Like the time that was proposed, I’d have to wait another three weeks. I canceled. Why should I trust an appointment in the future when they couldn’t communicate properly for my original appointment. I don’t know whether the product they deliver is good ... read more
Very glad we scheduled Velofix to come out. Problem with Trike was something I wouldn't have figured out. Ron was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix issue before it could cause need of replacement parts and additional labor. 5 Stars!
