Prices are higher than others in the area. Scheduling appointment times still require a 2-3hr wait. Go back to carrying 1 or 2 tint options and get away from pushing ceramic on customers, a 1-2% increase is not noticeable for the price difference and it hurts you as the business and customers when it isn't explained properly. Too busy with the all the tint options and the explanations are not clear and concise that you would expect.

I will make sure I never let anyone go here . I had my windows done about a month ago and just went back to have them fix it because I was told there was a warranty on them at first lifetime then told 3 years . But today was told no there is not . And thennonnyop of that they ripped out my window seal on the one window they needs to be fixed . They just tried to back out of there mistake and mess up ..trying to say the seal is old when all of it is new and they are the only ones that have done window tint on that car since I... read more
