We booked a trip to San Diego with Dave at velocity, after calling and visiting several other travel agencies. His customer service was outstanding and we were very impressed with him. He was able to find great deals for us and accommodations that were truly hard for us to find on our own since we have 6 kids. We even had a problem with the car rental once we got to Cali and i called Dave and he took care of it, even though it was not his fault at all. Beware of bait and switch tactics..... My family found their website when searching for Universal Studios tickets. We felt confident after calling in and talking to them and confirming price on website. Several purchased tickets on the site soon after, only to have them cancelled and told the price was suddenly different (and even more expensive than buying direct from Universal!) Caveat emptor - even if you call in and they tell you the prices are correct and your order goes through. Good customer service goes a long way...... read more

Dave was awesome! We had an issue with a hotel airport transfer (the hotel wasn't honest with Dave) it wasn't necessarily their fault but they still went above and beyond to make it right with us. I really appreciated that kind of help and service when I was far from home. I will definitely use Velocity Tours & travel in the future. Thanks Dave & Trent!
Dave is our go-to man when it comes to traveling. We have contacted several times to get discount tickets to theme parks. Most recently, he found us a fabulous to stay at in National Harbor, MD. Trent and Will at Velocity Tours orchestrated an amazing humanitarian trip for our students at Karl G. Maeser Preparatory Academy. Two wonderful weeks working in the orphanages in Cuenca, Ecuador and they took care of the travel, hotel stays on the way there and back, and even helped us get home safely with a student who had lost her passport (which took a lot of after hours texting and assistance). Just got back from Kauai. Since it was our first time traveling to Hawaii, Velocity tours was great in helping us plan the trip. Hotel, flight, and car rental, all combined and confirmed in one email. It was awesome to not have to deal with each of those items separately! And they found us great prices, too :) We will definitely use these guys again! Highly recommend.
I hadn't traveled in 15 years, and I was really nervous. They planned everything and it worked out great! So grateful for the help and peace of mind! My husbands and my boys (5 and 8) first time to Disneyland! We had way more fun than I expected! We will definitely use them again for our next trip!
