I have ordered Dell servers and parts for decades from Velocity and have always been happy with service and support! I am in Texas and they always ship in a timely fashion!
SCAM ALERT! Be careful when purchasing something from this company, because there's someone pretending to be their employee, selling non-existent merchendise and sending invoices. The company itself knows about this and fails to inform about the situation on their website, which in our view is very wrong. Looking for a home media server, I checked the usual online suspects like craigslist, eBay, etc; but I was extremely worried about buying a server online. So I checked for local companies and found Velocity. Anne from Velocity took specs from an eBay listing and wrote me a custom quote. They even matched the online price. This was on Nov 7, 2019.
