Mark Kaufman, was incredibly rude! Most disrespectful person I ever encountered in Real Estate, and our company has dealt with everyone across the globe from every background, ethnicity, and socio-economic level. This should really be made known to the company, and future customers. Perhaps, he was having a bad day when we interacted, but the rudeness was too obvious.
