You're better off elsewhere for an ISP! Numerous 'former' clients of this ISP service have said the same thing. While most went to Velocity because it was local, expecting somewhat better service what they got was a lot less! Rates are nothing spectacular. Service is less than satisfactory. Rudeness runs rampant from the receptionist at the front desk to the 'computer geeks' in the back who are supposedly there to help you.
