These were the friendliest folks! Excellent staff nurse Dustin and Dr. Lisa took great care of me. I was told I was about their 95th patient of the day and they were positive and upbeat and didn't appear tired at all, but I knew they had to be exhausted....I think 90% of Shreveport has the flu or upper respiratory infection because there were 7 ahead of me and I still was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Sure beats taking time off from work! Thanks, Velocity Care on Youree!!!!!

By far the best experience with a quick care! The level of service and professionalism is next to none, it may be busy when you walk in but unlike most it go’s by quick! LOVE THIS place
As usual the staff here had me in and out in a timely manner yet took the time to find the problem (broke ankle) and give me a temporary solution (BIG boot!) until I can see my doctor!
Dr. Caskey is 2nd to none in his expertise and the care he gives his patients. He is the BEST Dr. I've dealt with in the last 25 years hands down!!! Refuse to even consider going anywhere else when I need to see a Dr.

I had brought my son here after being at the ER 2 days prior with an acute bronchitis infection. The ER was no help at all. Everyone is awesome, from the front desk to everyone in the back! They all made my son and myself feel comfortable and didn't try rush us out, like the ER does. They treated him with the correct meds and now he is getting better. This will be the only Urgent Care I go to. Thank you all so much!!
