RecommendedExcellent customer service and patient care. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We did not have to wait very long at all.
I was there for 3 hours waiting to just see the Dr. Dr. Caskey was super friendly and has a great bedside manner, but the wait was a ridiculously long time.
At most places like this, the doctors are very well, clinical, take a few minutes, make a knee jerk diagnosis, and get you out. Dr. Bounds took his time with me, did not make a quick diagnosis, which he could have, and even took the extra few minutes to take care of another problem I had right there on the spot. The rest of the staff was courteous and professional as well. It really felt like I was visiting a family doctor rather than an urgent care places.
I SO LUV NURSE REBECCA SHE'S AWESOME!!! NOT ONLY DID SHE ASSURE ME, SHE INFORMED ME OF EVERYTHING SHE WAS DOING! WONDERFUL STAFF, AND PRAISE GOD THEY ALL HAVE A SINCE OF HUMOR!❤
Terrible experience and will never return! Visiting family in Shreveport and my 6 year old and myself had strep. We both had a visit here. We were offered a penicillin shot. I accepted for myself and him. I was not informed that it cost me over $200 for each of us for these shots. I would have opted for the pills that cost $5. I called and emailed hopi f under the circumstances that would write off what I Owed since they got $380 from insurance for my son and over $500 for myself. The doctor and nurse was awesome and very informative.
Professional, courteous and efficient staff. I was in and out with a diagnosis in 1 hour, along with 5 other patients being seen in clinic. Provider gave discount coupon for rx given. I am extremely pleased and will highly recommend!
