RecommendedI was seen today after a week long illness and I had the best experience. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, I had the best care and everyone working with me were awesome. They were very tentative and made sure I was comfortable. I’m actually going to be choosing them from now on as I felt they were truly concerned for my health. I felt safer here than at the emergency room

RecommendedI have been many places when I get Kidney Stones & no other business has treated me as well as Urgent Care did today. I went in for pain & they got me back quickly & treated me as if I were their own family. They got me back explained everything to me then scheduled my appointment for an US at Ashley Ridge. I literally went in & they handled everything. So convenient & such a great group of people. I will be back next time. Carson is an amazing PA and I had the most pleasant experience that I ever have from a health care professional. She, my nurse, and the X-ray tech listened and were friendly, fast but thorough, and explained everything about my plan of care to me. I felt genuinely cared for - highly recommend this facility!

RecommendedEven with serious injuries, like a collapsed lung or dislocated shoulder- they were quick to diagnose , stabilize and get me to the big ER. Small stuff, like today is handled quickly and efficiently in house. Wait time is usually short, but patient load can drag it out. It is still much faster than a doctor appointment two weeks away! They are friendly and efficient. I pray you don’t need them, but if you do— you will be in good hands.

They are by far the best in town if not anywhere I have been. I found them when they first opened on Fern and any time I have been there I have had excellent care. Dr. Wolcott and Dr Bracey have the best bed side manners and they really care to help you. The rest of the staff and the facility is the best. Every person I have sent there feels the same. Thank you for being there for us.
