I went in asking all kinds of questions about my bike, as I’m new to cycling. I hadn’t purchased my bike from them; but they were able to tell me much more about it, along with the why about it: Made me feel much more comfortable about being able to take care of the bike�
I’ve had issues with the breaks on my bike since I bought it (bought it from chain reaction cycles). Velo + called sram and got my brake levers warrantied out, Luke did the work and the brakes are feeling great for the first time since I bought the bike. Luke and the rest of the homies at Velo + were friendly, courteous and didn’t even make me clean my filthy bike before I dropped it off. � Long story short, as long as I’m in Kansas, Velo + will have my business. �

Highly recommend. Ramon turned me on to this place and they did not disappoint. A tasty cup of joe while Marco helped me solve all my single speed problems. Vincent is a super nice guy who knows his roasts. Marco hooked me up properly with my next new bike. No bike/coffee snobs here, down to earth decent guys with skillz. I will be back.
