I went in and asked them to make adjustments while they made adjustments, I asked if I could watch and learn. Marco did a great job fixing my bike and teaching me at the same time. I threw probably a good 30+ questions at him about everything imaginable and he answered them all without blinking an eye. Extremely helpful staff who cares about their product, Their customers and making you happy because they themselves are riders. As a new person the price I found for the bike I wanted was universal but the help I got here was one of a kind

Just bought a new bike and these guys are great- low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly for me, they don't talk down to you if you aren't a "bike guy". They had me up and running in 15 minutes.
