They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
