Dr. Velky and the medical staff are always very thorough, professional, and friendly but the office staff really needs to improve. The phone is never answered promptly. You are usually on hold for long periods of time. When they tell you they will call you with your test results in two days, just forget it because that never happens. I always have to call several times before I find out my results from blood work or any other test. The excuses are usually that the computer is down or the Doctor has not read the results.
