Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this family doctor friendly? Not at all Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Absolutely Not Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes
