Took my car in for a brake job and they completely messed it up. Had to take my car to Meineke after 5 weeks to get the brakes redone. The idiots at Velasquez did not lubricate any parts and installed miss matched brake pads and rotors. Caused the brakes to over heat and warped the new rotors. Called Velasquez to get credit for parts and was treated like dirt very very unprofessional and extremely rude. Do your self a favor do not take your car to these morons.
I had a muffler put on my Chevy Caprice they were cheap did great work I rock with em .... .
needing a new converter and was told had to order the part and we're very helpful and accommodating

We had our front pipe and catalytic converter replaced today and we are very pleased with the service we received at the Streamwood location. The pricing is good and we'll be returning again for any of our muffler needs. We definitely recommend!

I had an issue with a cover of sorts, near my exhaust pipe. It was attached at the front but came loose at the back & made a horrendous rattle noise. I went to the Aurora location on the recommendation of friends & family. They showed me the problem, said it was an easy fix and I was out of there within a matter of minutes. No charge. It was a wonderful, silent drive home. They have made a new life customer. Thank you so very much!
La verdad es una plaza de talleres que no le recomiendo a nadien. Tardan para areglar un carro te venden las partes caras y ellos los consiguen barato y usadas cuando ellos te venden como nuevo y mal puestos justo estoy aquí 4 horas por remplazar el cv axle de mi carro pésima
I went to the one in Frankfort they switched my good tire for a bad one that was too small my car is shaking and they didn't tell me they switched my tire
