Its nice to come in and know your car can be serviced the same day. No appointment needed but the wait can be long just for them to check your vehicle. Also they don't have a set labor rate they just estimate what it will be and charge whatever the technicians says. They should have a board with labor rates per job. That will help the customer to better understand. I feel they overcharge people especially women. Very upset. Called earlier the Kankakee business today asking about brake and rotor replacement. A female answered and told me to come at 6:30 pm so they could look at it to see what was needed. My husband, child and I get there at 6:15 pm and a female is locking their doors stating they are closed for the day. I told her they specifically told me to be there at 6:30 pm and she responded "sorry my guys are gone for the day". Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service I dealt with the one on 162nd and Halsted their manager Rick was rude and very unprofessional and I will be filingthe report against tune
