I called them this afternoon and left a message. Nelson called back within an hour or two, told me to bring my SUV in right away or at my convenience. After work around 4:45p.m. I pulled into the shop, and was told exactly what was going on and what could be done to fix the problem. 1/2 hour later and less expensive than expected, I left the shop with the SUV purring like a kitten instead of roaring like a lion! Thanks to Nelson and the mechanics who were friendly and professional without the fancy frills.
