A big thumbs up to all the staff here, especially Kraig and Earl who do a bang up jog quickly, efficiently and professionally taking care of any maintenance needs that we have had. The entire staff has been courteous and helpful at all times and have always had a happy to help attitude since we have been here. Outside living areas are always clean and well maintained, and extremely reasonable media room and clubhouse access is a great value to living here! We looked at many different places and by far this place was top notch.
I have a disabled friend living there who is continually harassed by management and maintenance entered her apt unscheduled and unannounced and they laughed at her not being clothed. These violations need to be reported to the housing authority if changes don't occur immediately. Management laughing is not appropriate for the high rent paid. It's an unsafe environment.
We have been here since opened, yes it is new and nice but they will say anything to get you in and then go back on their word like the apt you put a holding deposit on, make excuses, makes you move then 3 months later moves your parking spot without telling you to another side of the lot when you're 9 months pregnant and just not communicate with you or each other as to what is going on. They make a lot of promises and change things without involving you. Makes you feel like you're just a number.
Love this place. Very clean, super quite and professional staff
