I had given Velaire such a good review in google. It was such a good experience but I’ve learned just how much management matters. All the staff has been replaced and I’ve had nothing but less than pleasant experiences since. It’s amazing how much effect a couple people can have. Good and bad. I hope this helps someone with their choice. If you happen to speak with them, ask them to please answer their phone and maybe take care of the property again.

I have lived in this apartment complex since it opened and have occupied 2 different rentals over the course of that time. Previous to moving into Velaire I lived in my own home for the last 10 years, needless to say I was nervous moving back into an apartment complex. BUT, fortunately I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely love living on this property!
