Vekfitness is awesome! It has been a couple of years since I last worked out at a gym. Starting up again made me nervous, but that feeling was short-lived. Vekfitness has the most welcoming instructors and members. The family vibe and the variety of classes make you excited to go to the gym. No matter your fitness level, you will be pushed and get an amazing workout in!
It is my little neighborhood diamond in the rough!!! I am one happy girl there!

This is the best workout place I’ve ever been to. The owner is outstanding. She gives you individual attention and truly cares about you. The people I workout with are very friendly and support you . I’m so happy I found this gym.
