I made a 'free consultation' appointment for an evaluation. I was at my appointment on time. There was no one in the waiting room. I waited 20 minutes or so before being taken into an exam room. There I waited another 35 minutes before a PA entered. This person took one look at my legs, said they could treat my spider veins for several thousand dollars but the treatment would not be covered by insurance. The medical person, not a doctor, was in my room for less than 5 minutes, if that. As I left, I noticed there was still no... read more

I felt like I was **** in to it also getting treating for my legs. I have vericose veins and spider veins. They said I will feel great after and then the insurance will cover 90% and I only pay $1,200. I just received the **** of almost $3,000. They milked my insurance with over $22, 000. I see no results whatsoever. Why do they keep getting away with this? The place I went to was '**************"

Business response:

I'm sorry but we don't have a patient by the name of *************************** or an email of ****************** in our system. Does the consumer have the right place?

Im 26, I went in for a small cluster of spider veins... they talked me into vein ablation. I couldnt even tell you all that was done but I still have a 30k plus pending **** with my insurance. I was never informed of cost. Just that it would be covered. I still have spider veins and had extensive treatment done to treat varicose veins that were never visible or caused me any pain. A year later my legs are always tight, I have difficulty getting up, things I never had an issue with before. Every appointment I had to wait for ... read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company (Especially the ********** One) is a complete RIP OFF! No matter what they tell you about your Insurance, you will walk away paying several THOUSAND dollars!! Two years later and my veins look WORSE than they ever did-and honestly, If my legs looked good then I would say it was worth every ***** to but instead, they BOTCHED THEM UP. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE on ********************************* or this place! They just want your money.

Please do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did by going to Vein Clinics of America for treatment. After getting a recommended scan of both legs, I was told that an ablation procedure done on both legs would take care of any vein issues I was having and would also help to eliminate my spider veins. I was told my legs would feel amazing after this procedure...those were their exact words. Over a year later & a charge of over $7000, my legs feel worse now than they've ever felt. The ONLY thing they are dedicat... read more

I keep getting bills from them 1 1/2 yrs. later. The procedure it self was great. The staff were great. However, they told me my insurance said i was covered for the procedure. However, they never said it was covered out of network. I still continued with the procedure. I paid over $8k. Now they tell me they keep finding errors. This has happened 4x's now.

I had my great saphenous and small saphenous veins treated in both of my legs in August of 2018 and varicose veins treated at the Flower Mound, Texas location by Dr. ******Hagman. I cannot speak highly enough about the Dr. Hagman and the entire staff at this location. George is the one that treated my varicose veins by injection and is so incredibly detail oriented with his work as well as friendly and fun, which made the treatments worth every poke of the tiny needles. From the time I had my original scan prior to any treat... read more
