The doctor and ultrasound tech are amazing. The scheduling and extremely long wait times at appointments are ridiculous. They are always running at least ***** minutes behind schedule. they can't seem to keep medical assistants and there is never a receptionist at the front desk. Constant turnover with new staff at every appointment. Assistants are grumpy, The billing department is difficult to work with, and can't figure out how to get me a report of all of my payments this year. The clinic in ******* **: I was seen by the clinic and a scan was done. The Doctor was busy and I never saw him nor did he call me to discuss my case. My case was handled by the technician. I have now received a bill for the scan and an office visit. I have asked twice for the medical record to be released to me and was told I would get it ASAP; it has been one month and nothing except a new bill. USA vein clinic keeps billing my credit card even though I hav not been there for Almost half a year. I call and they hang up. NO explanation or a statement. Staff ARE NOT friendly and the nurse is awful

I have had horrible experience with scheduling with Vein clinics of America! They have canceled appointments without my knowledge and have moved appointments and never contacted me! I went in for a procedure and was told that the Dr was over booked and that there would be a hour and half wait before I would be seen! I have since contacted another Physician and scheduled with another facility for my procedure. DO NOT USE VEIN CLINICS OF AMERICA!!

Every since the sale of Vein Clinics of America to *** clinics groups it has been a nightmare! I had a procedure done in January 2023 with the best doctor and now it is June 2023 and I have had 4 cancelled or rescheduled and cancelled of rescheduled appointments. I cant even call the office it has to go through an 800# that are rude and not helpful. Sadly I loved my doctor but because of the horrible service and the fact that I can not get in with my doctor I am moving to a new clinic! If you are new go somewhere else stay a... read more

I went to this VCA for vein treatment. They inject a solution for treatment and never were able to share the ingredients of the solution even though I specifically said I had many allergies. My legs swelled after each of three treatments, but the varicose veins went away. By the time I was ready to have spider veins treated they were sold to USA Vein. I realize this treatment is cosmetic and out of pocket, but after two horrible attempts at scheduling the treatments they are saying they have only one office that can do this ... read more

My name is *********************** this company took me as a client knowing that they were goons go under a new name . It started off wonderful then as I got to the cosmetic park I had no nurse to complete my procedure. They rescheduled me several times. . After about a month I never heard from them again so called to find out they have a new business name & new doctors.
