I went to the office in *****, ** for a scheduled appointment on October 11th, 2022. The door was locked and the office was dark. Several of us were waiting outside to be let in for our appointment. I was having some reactions to the last treatment and wanted to talk to the doctor before I had any more treatments. After several tries to reach the doctor/office, I contacted **************** to get a new referral. I had to wait over a month to get into the new doctor and will now have to start over at this new office. I have n... read more

I had an appointment at 10 am. I was sitting in a cold room by myself until 11:30 am. No one checked on me at all. I couldnt wait any longer. No apology. I was told If you cant wait, then reschedule. Very disappointed with overall quality of customer service and would not recommend this clinic. I couldnt get my refund for the appointment that never happened. Very unfriendly environment and poor customer skills. I called many times to the billing department and file a complaint. They have not returned my money back. Stay away... read more

My wife is a patient of VCA and the treatments so far have been great, the problem is you cannot call the local office to speak to anyone and all numbers you call go to a national customer service center, they constantly change her appointments and they constantly tell her they are waiting on insurance approval even though the approval had just been done. This is a terrible business model and frustrating when you drive in excess of 60 miles to get to you appointment, this company would run a lot smoother if the patient could... read more

When I first had my legs treated, I had an wonderful experience with a wonderful, caring, respectful doctor. She retired during covid. Thinking I could trust the new doctor due to my initial good first treatments, I went ahead a did my follow *** with the new guy - big mistake. The did some treatment that should have been my follow up and everything was fine for a couple days. Then, massive pain. I went back and the PA did the next treatment, saying the doctor didn't use enough medication and some of the veins were only part... read more

Was treated very roughly with no numbing medication. Dr said it was too late. I was in horrible pain. He felt put out by my complain. The assistant told me to be still and started pressing medication up my leg. Pain was terrible. I left in tears. I have large horrible bruises on my leg. I had ablation before with different Dr and all went fabulous. No bruises, pain or rough treatment. They are very concerned about the money. I told all staff I would never return! I am traumatized.

My HSA account was charged 3 times for $400 for no reason. I called to get refunded and was told my balance was $0. So basically this company is trying to steal $1200 from a customer.

I went to Vein Clinics in *********** ** say a *************** for a free consultation regarding a leg wound, He said I should have some ultra sounds but needed compression socks first, and to schedule an appointment. with him. I did as directed and went to a place that did compression socks with his prescription. The kind lady told me that no sock could be placed on my serious ulcer and called ***************. I was told to go back to the Dr immediately. Upon arriving the Dr dressed my would, said it may not be a vein issue... read more

They certainly have the corporate greed and corruption down to an extortion science. Services performed in April 2021. I have excellent insurance with a railroad job. At time of service, copay was paid up front, but before I left, they extorted another $346.00 out of me. Since then, I receive more bills. Another in September 2021. They threaten collections and reporting to credit bureau if I don't pay another 67.00.What a shame our Healthcare has come to this.
