I use the gym everyday or at least every other day. It always smells, the machines still have the same dirt/sweat marks on them from weeks ago, the elliptical machines always squeak so loud I cannot use them, mats in small room are sticky, etc... Place needs a weekly cleaning service desperately. I'll pitch in for the cost, lol, just please do it or I will be going elsewhere.
Terrible cancellation process. It makes little sense and apparently applies whether you are in a contract or not! Rude and unprofessional customer service. No locker rooms and poor equipment. Don't be fooled by their "sweet" deals. It will quickly turn into one of the worst experiences.
Poorly kept facility, Rude staff members, if your broke and need a place with dirty weights this is your spot. Oh and they will call you and anyone you put down on your list multiple times per day and then leave several voicemails but then hang up the second you decide to answer their call....um aren't you trying to make a sale? Staff very unhelpful and I have never had such an issue canceling a gym membership in my life! Don't sign up here there are better gyms in Las Vegas!
This gym is amazing . I love the atmosphere ! It has everything that i need and its so close to my house
