From 600 miles away I made a very large parts order. They were extremely responsive until I made a large deposit via credit card. Then they never answered a call for several weeks until I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company so they took the money from the Vegas account. I truly thought they went out of business. The guys there are cool, they do good work for the price. But don't expect them to value your time. What was suppose to be a 2-3 week project for me has now been 3 months, and as of today it is still not done!!! The excuse? I have to respect their schedule and that everything is "custom work". Does that justify a 300%+ time delay? Don't think so. If you want a good deal, but your time isn't worth much to you, then this is the place to go.
