Pilot Sheldon and his crew we're so down to earth and experience on all levels of hot air balloons. They explained everything you needed to know before it all happened. They made me and my lovely wife feel like part of the crew as well!. Pilot Sheldon and his crew even wish me a happy birthday with a champagne toast. Best birthday surprise ever!..

I'm afraid of heights at different levels, and this is the best to feel in the air. You don't get the vertigo feeling at all. It is so awesome. I suggest to take this ride for the whole family. Everyone will love this ride and will never forget the experience of going up in the air ridding a balloon. Thanks Vegas Balloon Rides and to Sheldon and his crew for the best time I have ever had.
Even with a slight mishap for pick up, we made our flight without a hitch! It was seriously the most memorable thing we did in Vegas, the crew & pilot made us feel like family! Thanks Sheldon, Larry & crew for such a magical day!
