Hi Michael, our experienced pilots always fly within federal aviation regulations. We don't believe we deserved a 1 star review for something we do legally.
Had an amazing flight on Monday, November 13. The pilot Jon and his crew were great, explaining the history of hot air balloons and the area of Las Vegas we flew over, complete with bad jokes and laughs. If you want a great memory of your Las Vegas trip, be sure to book with them

Our group of 6 were a part of 4 balloons that were lucky enough to go up on 11/8/2017. Weather was nice and views awesome. John Wright our pilot, James Bush, Larry and the rest of the crew made the whole experience wonderful.everyone should try it!!!

Unfortunately i didn't get to cross this off my bucket list due to a change in the wind. Was so excited about this and then at 7:30am the announcement was no balloon launching due to drastic wind changes. Thank you Vegas Balloon Rides for considering our safety was the important thing. Now, just waiting on my refund. Disappointed but safety FIRST!!

Loved our flight! Booked the flight for my wife's 70th birthday but i had concerns. In Bangkok she was scared when we went to a rooftop bar. She was afraid and could only look out at the city and not down. She also has bouts of vertigo and motion sickness . . . . BUT she loved the flight. On a scale of 1 to 10, she rated this as a real solid 12! She was at the edge of the basket and also looked down. Mike was our pilot and Ron was his ground crew. They were the best. We want to do this again!
