Great experience. Our pilot, Sheldon, was extremely positive and obviously passionate about what he does. He loves his job and transfers that to his passengers. As southern Nevada residents we were familiar with many of local sites but Sheldon pointed out many we had never known about along with details and history that made the trip that much more memorable. I can't say enough about it.
We got the full experience with our ride. I think usually 2 baskets go up and we ended up being in a 3rd basket with 2 other people which made the ride seem more personal! Our ride was an hour long and we dipped into the valleys a few times which was super cool! I do think they were short crew members because we had to help a lot with the deflating/clean up work but we didn't really mind it. No problems throughout, I'm ready to do it again! Definitely recommend to everyone.

My daughter surprised me on our visit to Las Vegas with a Hot Air Balloon ride! It was the most amazing, awesome surprise and the whole experience will stay with me for a lifetime! The whole crew was excellent and made the morning ride wonderful!

One of the single best experiences of my life. I wasn't sure what to expect, but that basket did not sway in the wind at all. It was a very smooth ride. The best feeling. Our pilot Sheldon was exceptional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
