$175 dollars for a 15 minute "facial"... what a disappointment. Made an appointment for my mother and I to get facials after following Dr. Janelle Vega on various media platforms. Thinking that I would be value as a customer, I was completely underwhelmed and taken advantage of. Little information was given before, during and after the process and after wasting $350, I will not recommend or refer to any of my friends or family.
After seeing a few reputable cosmetic doctors in the Palm Beach area I was looking for a different perspective. Dr. Vega is not only a skilled, experienced, knowledgeable doctor; she is personable and caring. I had not experienced a doctor take the time to explain exactly why I should choose a specific procedure. My results exceeded my expectations. I already have several friends going to her because of my results. Thank you Dr. Vega!
Beyond impressed with the level of detail in Dr. Vega's explanation behind her therapeutic choice(s). Excellent customer service from the staff as well. Others should follow suit.
I have been a patient of Dr. Vega for 10 years. I always went in looking for a major overhaul and she would always say...“small tweaks are always better.” I didn’t get it at age 34 because I was so afraid of aging. But now at 44 I am so grateful that she has helped me maintain a natural appearance without looking overdone! She is amazingly talented and has a clear vision of what looks good and natural on her patients. She has always kept my best interest in mind. Thank you Dr. Vega!
