Amazing customer service. Quick, easy and hassle free. I'll be back for my next oil change and other repairs. ***** UPDATE***** Within 18 hrs of my original review, the owner, Mike Veenstra contacted me and asked me about what had happened and how we could make the situation right. I explained in detail what had been done and what has been done since. Without hesitation he offered me a refund of $650 which was everything but my air being fixed because they had in fact fixed it. had a recurring issue with my vehicle and brought it into veenstras instead of the dealership. they went out of their way, even tried to get some info from the dealership mechanics. I should have brought my car here in the first place, they managed to get the replacement part delivered and finished service the next day
Integrity. Enough said.
I had my GMC truck into two other discount mechanic shops trying to figure out why it was running rough and after days of waiting and money spent in the wrong direction Veenstra’s had it figured out and taken care of in less than a day! I should have came to you guys first.
