RecommendedMy chrysler 300c broke down in the gas station next door today and after calling multiple dealerships and auto part stores for a $10 or less caliper mount bolt that came off and stranded me 40 minutes from home the gentleman at the counter found the bolt for me and didn't charge me for it. You have a customer for life next time I need work done.

I just got my oil changed today at Veenstra’s - typically, I get a LOT of anxiety getting my oil changed because in the past every place has been rude, condescending or a little scammy. I’m so impressed with how professional, kind, and efficient Veenstra’s is. HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing car services done.

I went there about 3 weeks ago to get air in my tire, and they got to me right away. But, when I went today, I sat there for a good 20-30 min and didn’t get help. I needed air in my tire again, and they wrote me down for a certain time. I sat there 10 min past the time they wrote for me. 2 guys even saw me and didn’t ask what i needed. I couldn’t go in because I had kids in the car, another guy pulled up and got air right away. I’m sorry to say but I will be going else where for any car servicing.
They always took care of my twin girls when they were at Grand Valley with all of our automotive issues, and we had a few emergencies! They were always reasonable, kind, and also provided transportation when needed. It was nice to know we had someone we could trust so far away as we live in Canton.
Very knowledgeable and helpful with all the work I needed!!
