Came here without an appointment and Francisco accommodates me and save my hair!! Amazing job
francisco is so unprofessional my appointment was scheduled at 1 and didn't get me till 1:50 ish because he double scheduled another client at the same time. When i got there at 1 he mentioned he would be 10-14 minute late but then he has a client in his chair.Mind you he didn't even mention to me that he moved to a different area in the building someone had to help me. Tried to give him a second chance after he burnt my scalp last time i was here should've known better.
Francisco did absolutely amazing!! He took off just the right amount and blended my hair flawlessly. The best cut/color I’ve ever had that has boosted my confidence 10X Even had to do a double take to make sure it was my hair that looked that beautiful.
I've never been to a hairdresser that wasn't intimidated by how thick and long my hair is... until now. Francisco is so good at his craft!! He made me feel comfortable and valued as a client. I WILL be back!
