David was incredibly helpful throughout the installation process. Made sure were taken care of, optimized coverage of vulnerable areas and replaced outdated/rusted equipment.
Disappointed. My Vector Security system app stopped working the other day. Vector has blamed my phone and/or my wifi network, but the Vector app is the only app not working on my new iPhone.
Garbage company with horrible customer service. Don’t use.
Highly recommend this company. Stone was my rep and he is very informative. I still call him with questions and he always picks up when I call. The techs that install in the Tallahasse/Monticello area are top notch. Some of the hardest working people I've seen in a long time. Thank you Vector Security!!!
