First of all, let me say that all of the service techs I have met have been great - knowledgeable and approachable. I've had Vector security service for 9 years. In that time I have had many issues with false alarms, bad sensors and more. I almost canceled my service once but was convinced to stay with the company, and my system has been mostly trouble-free since. My service technician was over and aboard all expectations. He did an excellent job in responding to an Emergency call and got our property back online.
