Vector AeroMedical made possible a family reunion that we thought would be impossible . My husband has a very rare brain disorder called CBD which has progressed to the point that he requires a very large, customized wheelchair that couldn't go into a regular airplane. Since this was a reunion that we had gone to for over 10 years, and was an opportunity for us to see grandchildren from California, Washington, Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina, we were very disappointed at the thought of missing it. Vector AeroMedical did a fantastic job of transporting my father, who has an advanced neurological disease, along with my mother and my father's caregivers. Their coordinator, pilots, and medical staff were professional, considerate, and caring, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They made the experience as easy as possible for my parents and their helpers. We highly recommend them, and would use them again without any hesitation.

The staff at Vector Aeromedical are courteous and helpful. When a family is facing an air ambulance need for their family member, the last thing they need is to be faced with a bunch of logistical challenges. These folks handle everything from start to finish. They arrange ground transportation (not only the patient but family members as well) to the aircraft.
