Dr. Williams and his team were great to work with. Nice facilities and very friendly service. Dr. Williams was informative and helpful with my eye care. I’ll be a regular patient from here on.
The doctor and staff here are knowledgeable, personable and professional. I felt entirely welcome from the moment I entered the office and enjoyed my time there. It was more like a social gathering than just a doctor's appointment :)
This place touts itself as a Black owned establishment but their business practices are very shady. I asked for an updated invoice and the staff member refused on both occasions. Just outright refused and instead attempted to call me stating they billed the correct amount. It’s unfortunate because all I wanted was record of the correct charges after my insurance applied it but they outright refused.
