asked them about a vehicle I saw, tried to avoid me asking about the title which means it's obviously not clean, finally answered and when I asked for the carfax said they "could email it to me" which they never did. pinnacle of professionalism right there.

Do your homework people. U are not getting a good deal, all their cars are either rebuilt or salvage titles. They fix the bare minimum so it runs well when you test drive it, then a few months later they won't help you. Unless you wanna pay their mechanics for something that should've been fixed when you bought it. Some of these reviews look like fake ones, most of them don't live here in Oregon and have barely any friends on Facebook. I will never buy from them again!
We drove 45 min to look at a vehicle. Website said they are open until 7pm. We arrived with $10,000 at 3:50pm to find out the only person working is at lunch. Lady was snotty on the phone and said she wouldnt be back for 30 min. I bought my daughters car elsewhere. The vehicles have a lot of salvaged titles which are not stated on the listings they post.
We went in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy they made our visit. We would absolutely recommend them!

sure you can get help from fb messenger if you can call it that , they are just a message system and as for the workers I never did get to talk to anyone however they will try to milk whatever personal information they can out of ya before even doing business, they're a scam stay away I have complete conversations from fb messenger if anyone is interested
Awesome experience. Knowledgeable staff and I was relieved that they didn’t push me at all. Showed all options and helped me find something that fit my needs specially. Pleasant experience which is rare for the car industry.
