Extremely disappointed with the management here…The staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and consistently fails to communicate or resolve issues. and they seem more interested in PASSING BLAME THAN SOLVING PROBLEMS ... It’s frustrating dealing with people who either don’t listen or don’t care .. THEY SHOULD GET A NUMBER ONE AWARD FOR MAKING EXCUSES AND BLAMING TO OTHERS..

Prepare to wait - operationally broken dealership looks so chaotic. You come in to the receptionist and then you have to go to the parts counter right next to it. Then wait for someone in the back row to walk up to talk to you and the he walks in circles and out the back and in more circles to the computer. You stand at the counter and you have the whole office stare at you due to the layout. Very bizarre experience been to other dealerships this would be the longest wait and strangest experience for a simple parts order pic... read more
