VCU is well staffed and eager to help. Our 3 day experience was as smooth and how everyone should receive health care.
Everybody was nice enough but the bad part is the wait. I had a 930am appointment time and didn't leave the building until 1230.Three hours is entirely too long to have be at a doctors office
Customer service has been too notch!!! Really impressed with the team and the doctors interaction with my sister. Every single team member has been great!!
